Leroy Sawdust Woodworks specializes in custom projects from a variety of hardwoods that are both beautiful and useful. Below are photos of some of my past projects at various stages of completion. I have built end-grain cutting boards, charcuterie/serving boards, knife blocks, valet trays with wireless phone chargers, indoor and outdoor furniture, cube organizers, headboards, jewelry boxes, humidors, challenge coin racks, bird houses, bar cabinets, raised garden beds, floating shelves, cornhole boards, curio cabinets, and more. The process of creating Gallery Rails - a wall mounted, hardwood device that uses stainless steel balls and friction to easily hang artwork, documents, plans, notes and other paper items quickly. It provides a beautiful, organized method for hanging without the need for frames, tacks, pins, putty or other things that may damage your documents or walls.
Gallery Rails are available in four sizes: Small (12.5" wide), Medium (20" wide), Large (27.5" wide), and Jumbo (38.5" wide). All four sizes are 3" high and approximately 1" thick. The small Gallery Rail (12.5") will hold paper items up 11 inches wide. The medium Gallery Rail (20") will hold paper items up to 18.5 inches wide. The large Gallery Rail (27.5") will hold paper items up to 26 inches wide. The jumbo Gallery Rail (38.5") will hold paper items up to 37 inches wide.
